I started working out in 2005, a few months after turning 17. At the time, I had virtually no knowledge about weightlifting and nutrition. I made every rookie mistake in the book, from starving my body trying to be lean to getting injured by lifting too heavy. Four years later, when I got my first job in finance, It became harder to balance fitness and work. Long hours seating at the desk made me feel sluggish and unmotivated.
