I know how it feels to cut carbs completely to get lean and while it would work, I would also see my performance at my job decrease steadily by the day. I couldn't focus, my mood was poor, and I definitely wasn’t inspiring confidence to other team members. I know what it feels to be overwhelmed by stress and not being able to show up for your family and loved ones. It took me years of personal trials and errors as well as education in fitness and nutrition to build a blueprint that allow my clients to burn fat, build muscles on an hectic schedule without giving up their favorite foods and spending countless hours at the gym.
I started working out in 2005, a few months after turning 17. At the time, I had virtually no knowledge about weightlifting and nutrition. I made every rookie mistake in the book, from starving my body trying to be lean to getting injured by lifting too heavy. Four years later, when I got my first job in finance, It became harder to balance fitness and work. Long hours seating at the desk made me feel sluggish and unmotivated. I quickly realized that without proper structure and knowledge I was doomed to putting my well being in the backseat to climb the corporate ladder. You may be feeling exactly how I felt a few years ago, tried many diets, adhered to different exercises regimens with no substantial results. So you gave in to the idea that you can never go back to your best shape. Trust me when I tell you this is a complete lie. Your best shape ”physical, Mental, Emotional” are still ahead of you if you start making the necessary adjustments today. I made all the mistakes so you don’t have to. Now several years later, with many successful clients under my belt, I want to help those who are where I once was. Don’t get me wrong, without your commitment, none of this will be possible.
